Ahmeti from Haraçina: “We will not surrender in the face of injustices against Albanians”

This evening, a Public Assembly was held in Haraçina, organized by the leadership structures of the Democratic Union for Integration (DUI) in the local branch. Hundreds and thousands of citizens from the municipality participated, expressing their determination not to surrender to institutional injustices, reports Flaka Media.

The leader of DUI, Ali Ahmeti, during his address to the attendees, emphasized that Albanians are committed to defending the collective achievements made over the years and will not allow what has been built with effort, sacrifice, and unity to be dismantled.

“We are committed to our common mission and will use every democratic means to stop the injustices being committed against Albanians and against the multiethnic character of this state,” stated Ahmeti.

Citizens raised serious concerns regarding the lack of respect for the Albanian language in institutions, as well as discrimination in employment processes, where the representation of Albanians is openly being ignored—violating constitutional principles of equality.

Ahmeti praised the massive turnout of Haraçina citizens, highlighting it as a vivid testament to the awareness and readiness of the people to defend their collective rights and to build a fairer future for all. Flaka Media
